You must be some kind of new breed of idiot. This video has been up for ages and has been uploaded several times on YouTube. It's been said over and over that the cat is not in pain. If it was, it would run or bite the hand. It's being scratched above the tail. Some cats do weird stuff when they're pet there. Like liking the air as seen in the video. Go do some fucking research you uncultured tit.
