LOL they don't have the proper equipment because they can't afford it, duh. So they compensate by using their brain, unlike some people. They do this a lot over there. My uncle actually has footage from when he went to thailand of a excavator unloading off a truck and helping the truck out when they got stuck. Most of their roads out in the country get really muddy and basically its help yourself because no one is going to come help you for days.
